Any recommendations on where to start?

I'm new to the forum and am interested in starting a speculative trading account but don't know where to start.
I have a regular longterm stock portfolio but am interested in opening another online account where I can play with some money.
I was wondering if anyone has recommendations on best forums/threads to start reading for a noob, as all the posts can be quite overwhelming for a new guy.
Any other starter tips would also be appreciated.
I'm primarily interested in equities and since it's not going to be my primary account, I am interested in higher risk.

Dont buy any crappy software systems that promise 80% accuracy, none of them work. There are some good posts on trade2win.com which will get you started.
