Any quote streaming service that provides real time data for SMART exchange?

Hi I'm looking for real-time quotes for the SMART exchange so I can day trade options. Interactive Brokers has 15 minute delayed data but I need real time quotes. Are there any services out there that provide this?

Real-time data is free at IB if you do $30 a month in commission. $10 a month if you do not.

On IB Smart is the amalgamation of the best bid/ask for 16 option exchanges. It will route your order to the best exchange.

It seems to me that commissions and limits are usually set by the companies themselves.
