Any Prop's that don't require a Series 7 ?

Hi,
am thinking of maybe looking at SPY to trade (scalp heavy), or another very closly related stock to the S & P, are there any prop's that don't require a Series 7 and allow remote ?

I'm really looking for lower commissions than retail (1 pennie per share), the reg' 4-1 margin I could handle, but higher would be nicer :-)

Have my own money to put up.

Trade ES if you have a few bucks, who needs some prop hole?

I realize you have been reading the horseshit here for 9 years, so you should be able to figure it out!
