Yes, a lot here.
Congrats if your trading has reached the point that you can seriously think about starting a hedge fund. If you have some investors lined up and are serious about going forward pay for some professional advice. I just did a consult with Wes Cooper @ Green and it was definatly time and money well spent.

do you have a web site for the people you sought advice from. and do you believe that their fes versus services were competitive to the market. i am finding that there are so many consultants out there that i makes your head spin. thanks for your advice.
