I want to trade something related to XAU
It seems to be a forex?? XAU/USD
I'm not exactly sure.
Are there any way to trade this index XAU?
Perhaps an ETF or do I need to trade forex XAU/USD?

XAU is simply the international code for gold, and gold is now considered as a "currency" in the Forex market. So you are basically trading gold (in US dollars).

Some Forex brokers like Oanda offer XAU/USD.

XAUUSD will be forex trading. more like commodity trading. Mostly all fx brokers will be able to offer you trading in xauusd. Some i can recommend are- Fxview, ICM, Plus500, XM, Fxpro. Also, fxview posts trade reports, it is very good source for keeping a track on gold fundamentals.

XAU is basically gold, which is essentially a commodity. And if I'm not wrong, is now considered to be a part of forex.
