Any problems downloading and running TWS on a new 64-bit machine?

Hi All,

I am a newbie and ready to download and install TWS on a new 64-bit machine and wonder if anyone has had any additional problems other than-

I was told to uninstall all Java on the new machine, then install the latest (JRE0 6 Updat 12, then downlaod TWS.

Does this sound correct and any other suggestions?
