Who converts the GBP to USD? Your bank or AMP?

I have just logged into my bank to send a transfer to the AMP USD account as per their wire instructions. When I type in HATRUS44 for the swift code, they are giving me the option of HATRUS44 which they are calling 'Harris Trust Savings Bank' or HATRUS44SET which they are calling 'BMO Harris Bank NA'. Which one is correct? I presume HATRUS44 but that is being called a savings bank which seems strange.

Mentioned this before: GBP funds domestically to IB, convert to USD, then USD by ACH/FCM-to-FCM transfer.

Thanks for that, do you have to withdraw all your funds? IB doesn't seem to give the option of specifying the amount.
