Any One Live In Northbeach Miami

Im looking to move. Any one have anything to say about the area, property tax, etc. Im only 33 and i dont want to live in a retired area, but i dont need to live in south beach....i would always be out and would never trade if i lived in south beach.
 
Adventura is more of a singles/professional neighborhood.

The property taxes are roughly 2% in Miami-Dade county.
