Hey,

Was wondering if anyone might be able to help my friends out, they have a gorgeous 3bd/2ba in the NY Financial District and they need 1 more roommate for a March 1st move in. Obviously everyone is out of work down there so they been having a tough time finding a roommate, well maybe someone here might know someone.
