YES, more or less, see AMTD, SCHWAB, ALLY , free ETs. Most however cost >>$33.3. SPY,VOO are the gold standards; SPY=liquidity leader. SPXL,UPRO could easy hit $30, but that IS 3x leverage, more risk/reward....................................................................,
