Any lawyer recommendation

I recently cleared my Series 3 and 65 exams and am trying to get registered as
a CTA and/or RIA.

I called a few lawyers and was quoted a very high price.

Having gone through a lot of recent disclosure documents and brochures, I feel even I can just do all the paperwork but with the legal stuff would be nice to have a lawyers stamp.

Has anyone done the registration paperwork by themselves or Does anyone have a recommendation for reasonable priced lawyers.

I have found when possible it's best to do the legal work myself if I'm fairly confident and have enough people to call to make sure I'm doing it right.

Lawyers in this industry range from $250 to $450/hour. I'm not sure either end of the spectrum would be classified as cheap. I haven't been impressed enough with the quality of their work to feel comfortable recommending anyone I've used before.

Your clearing company should be able to make a recommendation.
