can someone who has used this comment on, how reliable to use this CoolTrade for automated Trading to TWS/IB. is it worth of $3500/ for 3 yrs lease
1)How many symbols/day can we trade in LONG and SHORT strategy.
2)Can we do both day trade and swing trade?,. my swing stays for weeks/1-2months
3)How do they support any problems of orders sent to TWS/IB
4)do you they phone support for any connection issues bet cooltrade and TWS/IB
5) if coolTrade or TWS disconnects, how do you sync the positions and pending orders with IB, when reconnected
