Any info on Generic Trading or Carlin?

I have an upcoming interview with Generic, and was wondering if anyone had insights on their trading styles, strategies, interview types etc.
I'm not sure whether they focus on Nasdaq or if they're mainly concerned with options (because they're a member of PHLX)...the website mentions both and their suggested reading list puts a big emphasis on technical analysis, so I'm guessing they focus on Nasdaq.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
 
I heard a rumor that the principals of the firm were looking to leave and sell the business. If you get your deal in writing, they will honor it. They clear SLK which is a good thing.

In any interview, be yourself. Eventually you'll have to anyway.
