Any Indonesian Trader here ?

Are you living in Jakarta? How safe it is for native english speakers?

I have been to most Asian countries, & liked most places
with it's exotic enviroment, but changed my mind about
Indonesia.

Indonesia is GMT+7/+8.00 as well for other asian countries
and IMO they suck for trading US market. Europe seems to
be in the best time zone for trading all worldwide markets.

----,i was living living in Jakarta until 1999 before i moved/worked in Bay Area(US) from 2000 until now.

Like other countries,there are places that's pretty safe,but there're lot places that you have to be extra careful also.

Most places for expats in Jakarta are generally safe.

That's right,when market opens,it's already midnight in Indonesia.

fyi,while i was in India,the timezone is +5.30,when market opens,it's only 7pm in India.Very good timing to do trade after office hour.
