Any good trading simulations available?

Does anybody know of any decent trading simulations available, that replicate real life trading in an investment bank.

I would particularly like to try a forex one, I have 1 already but it is not very good and it doesn't reflect real time values.

Any advice will be appreciated.

also cybercorp.com and tradescape.com had equity simulation platforms

for a pretty lame way, check out trading game simulations like
simvest.com, hollywoodstocks.com (if they are still alive)

http://www.ensignsoftware.com has a simulation feature, realtime or delayed.

http://www.mytrack.com too

both are not free. but both are good (ensign is better for naz simulation since mytrack level II is not great).

Here are several forex brokers who allow you to open a demo account with live quotes:

www.forex-mg.com

I'm sure there are others too, but these are the ones I've tried in the past.

Before doing any live trading with them however, I suggest you do a search on this site for "forex" and read those posts. There are some pitfalls to online forex trading you should be aware of.
