Any good broker for market making??

IB sent me an email saying they don't allow MM strategies.
Is there any US stock broker that provides:
* low or negative limit order execution fee
* support frequently updating new order
* better have a good API or web service

If you provide liquidity and not latency sensitive, then I don’t understand why IB would not welcome it. What did you tell them to get this response?

No broker wants heavy message traffic with few/rare fills.

I think this is a question of size, latency, and frequency.

It is possible that NinjaTrade or TradeStation can offer all you need, and you can let it run on one of our high-performance servers in Chicago or New York.
