Any free or cheap source for TRIN and TICK RT intraday quotes?

I guess that the 'RT' TRIN and TICK quotes one can get via Quote Tracker are delayed at least 10 min. I was told that it was not the case in the past. So, are there any free or at least cheap (less than $20 per month) alternatives?

And I guess that once I have an account with them I would be able to use their RT quotes through Quote Tracket that is a bit more cooler to use than Livecharts.

Is that correct? Is anyone doing it like that?
