I think the 10 cents extra is the cost for the platform you picked. Do you know any one of AMP data feeds can connect Excel sheet in real-time?

CQG has the ability but it has to be enabled by AMP

You are correct to point that out... with the correction that the .10c is for the CQG execution route, not the platform. It's a CQG fee regardless of platform, free or paid: at least at AMP.
