Any firm with comparable micro futures commission with Interactive Broker?

It look pretty good. There are several free charting programs. Do you know which free charting programs is the best? Does the Bundle- ALL CME Markets data feed include all Globex?

I am looking at both Sierra Chart Package 3 and MultiCharts SE. Do any of them have trend line and Fibonacci Retracement drawing with snap-on capability?

multicharts has it ...there is snap mode toggle that you have to turn on ....by default it is off

As for spreadsheets, worth knowing that SC has its own inbuilt spreadsheet platform.

Not VBA.

SC has its own language called ACSIL, based on C++ https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/AdvancedCustomStudyInterfaceAndLanguage.php

I do not know to what extent it can be incorporated into their spreadsheet.

But overall, I'd guess that Excel is a far more functional spreadsheet than SC offers.
