Any Excel Wizards around?

i'm having a bit of a challenge with a spreadsheet that gummy made for me and I'd like some help.

It downloads data from yahoo!finance but the data seems to get garbbled for some reason (dates are dropped, etc.).

Since it has a macro in it, I have no idea what it is actually doing under the hood and would appreciate someone who knows their stuff to take a look.
