Any european here opened an IB account via TradeStation global?

I'm evaluating this possibility but I'm having a hard time finding answers to a few questions
  • Costs : are costs/commissions higher than for an account opened directly with IB?
  • Account location : is the IB account US based or EU based for Europeans?
and I'd also like to hear your experience with the TD platform vs IB's TWS

What I meant to ask is about the additional costs. IB has numerous pricing structures and comparing the two (IB and TS) it is not clear either which IB cost structure should be compared and how much and where are the additional TS costs.
