One or all of the remaining criminal cases will be tried during Trump's term as President if he were to win because the Supreme Court will determine he has "no immunity" to prevent Trump or any other sitting President from doing things like...
- Ordering Seal Team to kill a political rival.
- Ordering the murder of a Supreme Court Justice whose deciding vote passes a law or doesn't pass a law that's against what a President wants.
Regardless, the Supreme Court has a good streak in criminal convictions or upholding the convictions of Trump supporters for crimes. It just would not make any sense and show the world that America's judicial system is b.s. when others are in prison or making plea deals to stay out of prison while Trump gets immunity.
Simply, the Supreme Court will not revisit those other court cases to give them all immunity just so that they're in line with giving Trump immunity.
