That is what many legal experts said was going to happen on the first day and it's exactly what the Judge decided and gave her the option as expected...
Fani, you go...your ex-boyfriend stays or Fani, you stay...your ex-boyfriend goes.
The other option wasn't mentioned...they both go and they choose someone else to prosecute Trump and his co-defendants.
Simply, regardless of the outcome, Trump and his co-defendants were still going to be prosecuted. Now that the distractions have been put aside...it's time to get back to prosecution of these individuals who broke Georgia election laws.
As for Nathan...he had the most consequences for being unfaithful. He lost his wife (marriage), he lost his name being stamped on this case as one of the people that convicted Trump and he's lost Fani unless they never jointly prosecute someone else...
Yet, nobody is feeling sorry for him. He's a loser.
I'm speculating they will resume their relationship after the conviction of Trump and have learned not to prosecute another case together or they move on with their lives just as friends.
Yet, had Fani or Nathan had a relationship or prior relationship with the Judge...that would be concerning in my opinion.

Yeah... your claims about illegal ballot harvesting have been found to be complete nonsense --- with court cases outlined how fake your narrative is. The very few cases of ballot harvesting in the 2020 election were found to be Republicans rather than Democrats.
