I'm guessing that the DAs know what they're doing. It's a fairly safe bet. So I think they will make strong factual arguments that they will tie together with a pattern of other strong factual arguments.
Since I'm guessing neither one of us is a lawyer (I'm pretty sure I'm not), I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
Not like a DA ever had a case thrown out or lost for insufficient evidence amirite?
Not like an impeachment was done and trump was found not guilty (dont think jurors are different than voting congressman on political issues).
Not like many DAs are politically appointed positions who either get reelected or can be removed by the governor....
