Any CMT (L3) candidates around?

I`m taking the level 3 tomorrow. Looking for anybody that took it this week to share their experience or thoughts about it.
 
Do wall street firms actually take the CMT seriously? I mean cmon the headquarters of the CMT institute is like in woodbridge, nj. Is this on par with a CFA?
