Any brokers for shorting penny stocks?

I would like to some short penny stocks.

But my etrade and optionsxpress account could not borrow the stock in order for me to do it.

As far as I know, IB and TOS are able to do it, am I right?

The next question is if anyone can advise is there is any discount broker able to do that too?

Hi! I'm in the same situation. None of where I go they just won,t trade OTC'S online, I have to keep calling the broker but I'm loosing precious time as I am daytrading. Here's the catch; I live in Canada so it's getting diffucult finding one. Does anyone havean idea of just where I could find such a plateform??? Thanks a lot!

P.S. Been searching for about a month now, with no luck :(
