Any broker offering flat fee services?

I think Merrill and the larger companies have a program like that where you deposit 250,000 in an account and then you can trade like a bandit in your managed account.

Other than that no trading company would dare give you the type of deal for unlimited trading.

they have rules against daytrading it.
