I enjoy reading this guy:http://www.tradersparadise.blogspot.com/ If youre interested in what goes on behind the scenes at woodies club check the archives. Some interesting stuff.
I doubt top traders would have the time to write a blog. There are some good blogs though, check out this thread

FYI - there is a blog called StockTickr that does interviews with top traders, and they had an interview with Trader-X last week. Really good, as are some of those in the archives.
