Any auto entry TWS API that supports bond fractions??

I can't seem to find any. Autotrader claims that it supports fractions, but IB keeps rejecting orders because the tick values are stored in decimals. So anyone know any software ( ie. autotrader, bracket-trader, ninjatrader, etc. ) that supports fractions?

believe the 30 year is quoted in fracions at IB. if that matters

ten year quotes the 64th frac as even and half tick of 32nd.
