Any Algo Traders in India?

I'm US based. I've been manually trading for 15 years. I started a prop firm with manual trading but it didn't work out. May try again after developing better technology to help manual traders.
Now trying algo trading have good results. I know one brilliant programmer in India. Looking to chat with some more, DM me.

Right now we are a startup with no outside capital. Bootstrapping is essential. Would love to pay 6 figure salaries in US once we have the profit to cover such expenses.

Why don't you ask your brilliant guy in India? He probably knows other good programmers.
