Ok, cuz I just heard someone else complaining about them a week or two ago ... from my perspective, their track record with others is not great. Also, heard some supposed "pros" throwing insults at them, but wasn't sure how much credibility they really had.
 
Well this is a total **** up - the markets are open and I can't login to TWS. Not even a message just nothing. A grey box.
 
Those on the HK server are fine. However, there was a database issue on the US side which is currently being resolved and those of you having issues should hopefully be up shortly.

FYI, Japan (and thus SGXNK) is closed today. It is a Japanese holiday - "coming of age day" it is always the second Monday in January.
