Is this really how the management at Assent would deal with an annoying/disappointed customer?
Is Assent even a sponsor on this site? You'd think they'd be seeing how they are pretty huge.
If so, I'd say get on this forum and address these complaining customers. Genesis did that in another thread, and that shut people up. Threads like this just keep popping up; its pretty retarded.

The response was basically that competitors bash themselves out on forums and they will not participate on such tactics.
