I think what he's saying is that when you are trading, you need to look at incentives. For example, the broker who takes the other side of your trade hopes that you don't make money.

A good point that many FOREX retail traders do not fully understand.

* Truly: Wrong incentives often produce wrong behavior, at least for "someone".
