For an ex "sniper" every single post you make reminds me of the navy seal copypasta. Did your boys on your "anti-poaching" squad (real war heroes these ones!) make you clean the latrines? Why is it that every stolen valor shitbag on the internet claims to be a sniper?

Why would have had "latrines" ? :) Anti-poaching ranger, wildlife ranger with a twist. We had offices with toilets.

It's very simple, you need to approach the baddies, what do you do? Well obviously some of the lads have to walk up to them and say hey, baddies! Stop your messing around. But it works better when the baddies know that the good guys are covered by a BFG (technical sniper term) out of their range.

Now, I have to watch season 2 of The Boys and be jealous of the guy who plays Homelander as I'd be good in that role. He is really good to be fair.

Just to recap Gaussian's and righties logic:

rigthies can claim stand your ground and shoot if threatened (Rittenhouse)
righties can claim a threatening "reaching" move when shooting someone (cops)
righties can claim being chased by foot (Rittehouse in 1st shooting) is life threatening and warrants a lethal response
righties can claim that unlike being chased by foot, a full face of mace is not incapacitating enough to warrant a lethal response
righties can claim that just like being chased on foot, a stolen taser can be incapacitating enough (cops) somehow to warrant shooting someone wielding it
righties can claim that cops can still shoot someone being tased because sometimes tasers are conveniently not incapacitating enough in contradiction of the above
righties can be given the chance to turn themselves in if an arrest warrant is issued.

lefties can't claim any of the above though (neck fist tattoo dude)
