no, this is another myth that the media pushes. isreal is a nation, similar size of new jersey, small and young but in existence. be happy of what they got from the british, otherwise they are still in exile.

are the arabs happy they are nearby, not much. but since the arabs lost many wars over back in 40s, no one questions isreal existence anymore.

if anyone in the establishments wants to move over there, they can.

So the Israel documented in the old testament never existed, eh? Jews have not been present in the holy land for thousands of years. eh? The Jews currently present in Israel should be pushed into the sea and murdered because the antisemitic claim is that the Jews were merely gifted the land by the Brits & U.N. after WW2.

modern world order, especially sovereign state, we inherited is mainly from westphalia treaty, any "claims" prior to that is rubbish unless someone "gifted" to you.

So you are claiming that two Westphalia peace treaties signed between May and October 1648 in the Westphalian cities of Osnabrück and Münster which ended the Thirty Years’ War and the Eighty Years’ War, are the basis for modern international sovereign order. Good luck with that. The four principles of interstate relations has not held up very well. Ask Russia about its compliance to them.
