The African continent is plagued by Malaria. The sickle cell hemoglobin provides some protection against Malaria. Also one has to take into consideration that only the strong black slaves could survive the long journey from Africa to the new world, all the while shackled in a tiny crawl space with little food and water. Those with sickle cells were probably best suited to survive the long journey while suffering from malnutrition, dehydration and lack of proper oxygenation. The strong survivors tended to pass this genetic trait forward.

We now have direct flights to Africa. Survival odds are much greater now thanks to recent scientific advances.

This new data does not support the texbook stories about humans originating in Africa and moving out of there 50,000 years ago or whatever the latest [inherently racist] story is.

No. You don’t see the media lamenting the racially demographic change of White neighborhoods, or cities, or even a nation, as far as that goes:

So if you had 100 poor people in a group, 25 would be Black, 25 would be 'Hispanic,' and 46 would be White.

And if we had 100 rich people in a group, 99 of them would be white. And if we had 100 white people in a group, 10 would be poor, if we had 100 black people in a group 50 would be poor.
