anti virus/firewall to use with IB?

I regularly run Spybot Search & Destroy, as well as Yahoo Anti-Spy (for which there is a button on my IE). Of course, both are free. I suppose there are better alternatives but these seem to be satisfactory.
 
thanks all. did a system restore and using avg and zone alarm and today was smoooth. no disconnects.
do you run your anti-spyware continous or do you just scan once in a while?
 
I don't know about the other respondents, but the anti-spyware I use, which I noted in my previous post, is not made to run continuously (to my knowledge). Therefore, I run it from time to time. Keep in mind that I'm one of the low-techs around here.

thanks.spybot was the one i was looking for. i'll just run it eod and see what if anything is there. i'm guessing the firewall should keep the junk out.my firewall was down for maybe 2mins when i was re-installing everything and i got hit with a dialer.too funny.
