I doubt there will be international theatrical distribution. I heard they're going to release it on DVD in a few weeks. Domestic box office should top out near $30 million. That's very good performance for a movie with a $2.1M production budget and only $400k for advertising and promotion.
 
I didn't know Michael Moore was that successful. His movies have made some impressive money, it's even more impressive considering they are documentaries.
