I am amazed to such a reaction regarding trading being simple.
On the other I do remember, I would be very unhappy to hear that when losing money, early in the career.
maybe it is better to repeat that the idea is to avoid over complicating. this is what we mean by keeping it simple.
sure, understand makes things look simpler. it's a good point.
oddly enough, I know several fellow traders who simplified their trading and the first reflex is to make it complex again (and affecting efficiency!). I may fall in this trap from time to time too.
while I read the strong reactions to calls about simplification, I do note that money making traders and firms are often using very simple methods. that's a fact. why is that ?
it should tell something to struggling individual traders. that's all I am saying.
