Why don't you tell them that you seiged Gaza and blocked, fuel and medicine and electricity to punish them for electing hamas months before rockets were fired.

Why don't you tell them that Hamas started a unilateral cease fire and stuck to it even though you continued on carrying your daily incursions in there killing scores and civilians and bulldozing hundreds of homes in the Rafah and Khan Younis areas.

Why don't you tell them that prior to the rockets, you killed 10s of Palestinians due to lack of medicine and due to the fact that operating rooms lacked the needed electricity to operate.

Why don't you tell them that even though hamas stuck to their unilateral cease fire, you continued on your targeted assassination policies, assassinating 10s of Hamas activists.

Finally, I believe I have shown who Alan Dershowitz, the author of your above quotes, is. I have shown that while he was busy carrying a campaign to silence anyone who criticized israel by getting them fired from their jobs, including Jews, he decide to cook the above quotes to aid his state, which in this case happened to be israel rather than the US who he claims to be loyal to.

LOL, who do you think you are kidding. Hamas declares a ceasefire while Islamic Jihad and other Jihads and jihadists fire thousands of rockets into Israel and Israel is not supposed to respond because peace-loving Hamas declared a ceasefire.

Are you insane wael? Kassam rockets were falling on Israeli towns before during and after unilateral "ceasefire". Hamas was the government of Gaza, it did not need to declare no stinking ceasefire, the only thing they needed to do was to stop daily rocket attacks on Israel. It was part of their job description and not only they failed, they did not even try, they did not move a finger.
