Another Trump flipflop, Russians hacked the DNC

Let me say that was Preibus' worst performance.

He seemed to be mulling over a lot of things in his head and I suspect he just did not want this to drag on any longer.

If Trump had been presented with evidence Trump now found sufficient... Preibus should have said that Trump is now aware of facts he finds sufficient. Or that after speaking with cia's top people he has decided to trust their instincts on this. Or whatever was the case.

Preibus' lack of details made him seem less than credible.

I agree he is probably Trumps surrogate on this, but I would say this falls a little short of what Trump's actually position is. IMO
But... since this is no longer headlines... maybe Preibus approach was the correct one.

I guess you have to change your tone pal.

"He accepts the fact that this particular case was entities in Russia, so that's not the issue," Priebus said on "Fox News Sunday."

This was the exact statement from Trump:

In a statement, he (Trump) acknowledged that "Russia, China, other countries, outside groups and people are consistently trying to break through the cyber infrastructure of our governmental institutions, businesses and organizations including the Democrat(ic) National Committee."

Seems to me like he's making a general statement about hacking.

Additional Priebus commentary conveniently left out:

"But here's the thing that I think everyone needs to understand — when this whole thing started, it started from the Russians 50 years ago ... This is something that's been going on in our elections for many, many years." Priebus said it "happens every election period."

"In this particular case, it started way back in 2015 before either nominee of either party was chosen," Priebus said. "And it started ... as a spearfishing expedition over many different institutions."
Of course there's still absolutely no evidence.

Yeah Putin is a great guy, douche.

The claim is "Trump paid prostitutes to perform a 'golden shower show' in front of him on a bed the Obamas slept on at the Ritz Carlton in Moscow."

I wouldn't put it past him. I personally think it is hilarious.
