Another shooting spree, six more dead

So what do the mean streets of Jaurez and the mean streets of Chicago have in common?
Lawlessness, but I'm not sure they have all the excuse making in Jaurez. Don't know if they go to the lengths we do to try and rationalize thug behavior.

'murican logic: As long as the mass shooting wasn't done by a muslim, then it's OK. Carry on.
you have a point. For some reason Muslims get a pass on the mental illness problem. Nobody wants to accuse Islamic Extremists of being mentally ill.

How many people per year are killed in so called mass shootings? That's tough to define because of the way they count mass shootings. If some guy goes nuts and offs himself and 3 family members, that's defined as a mass shooting. That is completely different than what happens in Kalamazoo, San Bernadino, Sandy Hook, etc. etc. Best guess is somewhere between 300 and 500 people per year are killed in mass shootings, however you count them. Chicago beats that number all by itself every single year.
Take into consideration all of the killing that goes on in inner cities across the nation and the number is thousands per year. The facts are glaring and painfully obvious. The chance of getting killed in a mass shooting are far less than catching a bullet walking down the streets of our inner cities. If Muslims were killing us at the rate the inner city thugs are, we'd have already nuked the entire ME. So who is more dangerous to our society? Mass killers? Radical Islamists? Your average American thug?

Are we still counting Iraq and Afghanistan?
