Another school shooting

In a report that should surprise nobody... the police response to the Texas shooting was actually less than stellar. To the point where parents were going to storm the school themselves.

Well then lead the way for all of us.

I will reiterate again, no one wants take anyone’s guns. All we need to do is 3 things:

1. register weapons yearly to stop the pipeline from dealers to streets

2. background checks, no criminals and what not

3. mental health screenings/proficiency exams

It’s basic. Most other countries do it and it works.

And around we go. As I said, several times now, 2 and 3 - no problems. You'd have to be more specific with the how and why in order to maximize efficacy (which is the point, right), but I agree something must be done there. I also suggested raising the age (18 is asinine).

But yearly registration has numerous flaws in it which I would gladly discuss with you if I thought you were trying to have honest debate.

Im not trying to have a debate. This is what is needed. Have to stop the pipeline from dealer to streets. Unless you got a better idea but that is what works.

fyi, no problems with registering cars yearly.

I didn't say there were problems with yearly registration, just asking how it would stop what you suggest. I don't think you quite understand what you're saying, or you've got some idea that I'm not aware of - which is possible since you never actually explain anything.
