So when did the cop realize it was a 13 year old kid that had a gun and was running from him and then turned around to face him? Yes, he had no idea it was a kid until after he took the shot.

Why would the cop wait to see if the "kid" was going to shoot him or not? Cops want to go home at the end of their shift. It sucks a kid died but it would of sucked if the cop died also.

It was also a major hub for transportation of bootleg alcohol...transported throughout the midwest to other states (red states like Indiana, Missouri). Hence...my sarcastic comment about what does Chicago has to do with red states when you first mentioned such...I'm poking fun at your silly comment.

I'm just poking fun at your commentary via showing I too can state off the wall shit that has absolutely nothing to do with the shooting of a 13 year old by the Police late March in which the tape was released today that contradicts what the Police stated had happen.
