Another Obamacare deception

Those heroic democrats are holding the line on medicare cuts... but wait

If Congress doesn’t act by Jan. 1, Medicare payments to physicians will drop by 26.5 percent. Lawmakers regularly act to prevent the cut or restore it retroactively in what has become known as the “doc fix.”

http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2012-...at-white-house-today-for-budget-talks-1-.html

so in order to make the fuzzy math work and appear tractable, Obamacare cuts medicare payments by 26%, go figure, and now the very same assholes are whining about these very cuts as being too harsh ...

Senator Dick Durbin of Illinois, the chamber’s second- ranking Democrat, told reporters that Democratic leaders met today with doctors who were concerned about the cut in reimbursement rates.

House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, a Virginia Republican, said the House next week will consider several “expiring provisions” without offering details.

Cantor was referring to the possibility the House could extend current farm programs and take up legislation to prevent a drop in physician reimbursements from Medicare, said three Republican leadership aides who weren’t authorized to speak publicly.

can someone please explain why the fuck they would be so concerned about the law they just fought to pass? then if they reinstate the spending, how then is Obamacare supposed to be a budget saver?

same old shit from the same old shits, this thing is a huge lie

They have no idea what is going to happen when this idiotic plan takes over. It's going to cause complete chaos and again, for the most part the obama takers are the ones that are going to suffer the most.

It should be pretty interesting once the complete horror stories start rolling out.

I honestly believe that after the next four years, people will realize what a mistake they made and there will never be an African American President again. Make no mistake, it has nothing to do with him being black. But anytime another black President runs in the future, they will always be reminded of Obama. And that is a real shame.

I doubt people will realize anything. It'll all be blamed again on republicans for obstructing and getting in the way.

Have to agree. Americans are kind of binary that way.

The masses will also likely remember certain black leaders saying recently that the black community must support Obama no matter what flawed policies he promotes or implements simply because of his race.

That sort of thing cements the belief that blacks are the most racist people in North America. People are tired of racism and African-Americans are saying they will never reconcile with non-blacks in our country.

Tell me why then republicans are also trying to plug this hole in medicare. All they have to do is allow Obamacare to take hold and then can rightfully blame the fiasco on Obamacare.

Republicans- "we need medicare cuts"... Cantor - "we have to plug this medicare hole"

Cantor will NEVER get any political points from seniors for doing so, so why? Golden opportunity missed, again

The majority blacks don't even know what his policies are. You can't talk about much with them since all they can see is black skin and a gov't check.

A large percent of black men are in prison or are felons who cannot vote. You're overestimating the effect they have on getting anyone elected. You're a little obsessive on this black thing you got going on. And you can say the same thing for a lot of righ wing voters, both sides have more than share of ignorance on the issues.
