In your ninja chart, are you using DM as your indicator? This has both the ADX and the DI?

Yes, I did and it is still different. IB has average bars in DI and average bars in ADX and both of those are set at 9. In ninja the only option is the average bars in ADX which I set to 9. This might be one reason why we were seeing different readings few days ago.
