Just laugh, old man! You still don't have any clue of how the markets function. Proof:
you are a seller of a product, but suddenly your suppliers can supply you only 90% of your ordered qty.
You are facing a 10% decline in your business! What do you do? You increase the sell price by +10% to compensate for the losses. And that's exactly what's happening right now. Prices explode, we call it inflation...
Simple as that - Markets 101.

False equivalency.

1.Keystone would not be completed right now so it wouldn't be supplying anything so there is no decline in anything.

2.Biden is currently supplying more from the reserves than Keystone would be supplying.

3.Oil is sold on the world market so it wouldn't be 9% it would be less than 1 %.

That is not what is happening right now because even if Biden had not canceled Keystone its estimated completion time was 2023.And thats if it wasn't was delayed from the multiple state and federal lawsuits that surely would have been filed as well labor shortages,covid and other delays.

So sad stopping Keystone caused oil prices to spike in Europe...Latin America...Asia...that is some impressive pipeline that would not have even been finished yet...
