This thread refers to percentages in one nation. You seem to be conflating that with overall totals in all nations in all times. That appears to be dishonest. How is that not dishonest?
Blacks are 13% of USA population. But if their rate of violent crime is 35% of all violent crime in the USA, then they have a higher rate, an outsized crime rate, per capita.
Its dishonest to conflate numerical totals with per capita percentages.
The title also implies within the outsized 35% rate, there is an outsized racist component (black hatred for white). Do you disagree?
How about this, almost 20% of the slaves died on the way to America.
Kidnapping/Torture/Murder, not simply violent crimes.
