We can only try to answer that. I would guess that he fired seven rounds and went to his hotel room because he was drunk. He would have known that police would arrive soon after the shots were fired, and if the police noticed an alcoholic smell on his breath, he would have immediately been arrested. His choice was to take his chances in court without the prosecution being able to use drunkenness in it's evidence.
Would you like better responses to your posts? Stop being so confrontational. It's not illegal to be racist, and people are free to dislike anyone for whatever reason, including their race. I don't like it either, but that's the way it is.
