I just checked they're mostly in Texas. The girls don't wear as much clothes as Hooters and there isn't a uniform. On Halloween those girls were smoking hot. But I'm working out of state so it'll be a while before I get back.

We get it. You think anytime a white guy shoots a minority, he should go to jail. Some of us take a more nuanced view. Like maybe, we consider the entire circumstances. You don't seem to be able to imagine a scenario that would justify using a gun.
In both the Zimmerman case and this one, blacks overreacted and escalated something that didn't have to turn into violence. We have seen , in case after case, that they have a tendency to do that. No doubt you will consider that a racist observation, but anyone who has lived in an urban area knows it's true. Even Jesse jackson acknowledged something similar. So yes, we are willing to give the benefit of the doubt to the accused in both cases, more so to Zimmerman than this guy whose actions are a little murky at the moment.
